All certificates of registration and all renewals shall expire twelve (12) months from the date of their respective issuance, and may be renewed, provided all incidents of noncompliance with or violations of applicable building or construction codes by the registrant have been corrected. An application for renewal of the certificate shall be made to the Building Commissioner and shall be accompanied by proof of insurance and bond as set forth in this Chapter, along with payment of a renewal fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each certificate sought to be renewed.
