1254.12 SKILLED NURSING CARE FACILITY.

In addition to compliance with all applicable regulations of this chapter, any nursing care facility shall comply with Guidelines for Construction and Equipment of Hospitals and Medical Facilities promulgated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
