As used in this chapter, "solid waste" shall be as defined in Ohio R.C. Chapter 3734, and applicable regulations. Solid waste includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) Garbage, which is putrescible waste material (including rejected food waste, accumulations of animal, fruit or vegetable matter used or intended for food or that attend the preparation, use, cooking, dealing in or storing of meat, fish, fruit or vegetables);
(b) Rubbish, which is nonputrescible waste material (including paper, cardboard, cans, yard clippings, leaves, wood, wood chips, glass, bedding, crockery, rubber, rags, leather, straw, tires, auto parts, furniture, appliances);
(c) Residential ashes, which is the residue from the burning of wood, coal, coke or other combustible materials, including incinerator ash and residue; and
(d) Amounts of pathological waste, flammable materials and demolition debris to the extent contained in the normal residential waste stream. Solid waste may be domestic waste, which is the waste material resulting from the usual routine of housekeeping (including garbage, rubbish and ashes) or commercial waste which is miscellaneous waste material (such as garbage, rubbish and ashes) resulting from the operation of business enterprises and institutions.
