1064.01 CITY COLLECTION LIMITED TO RESIDENCES.

The City does not collect solid waste and other like matter from commercial or other industrial facilities within the City; all collections are limited to residential pickups and these residential pickups are further restricted in that they will be limited only to single homes or duplexes, and such pickups will not include anything of a residential nature larger than a duplex, such as an apartment building, nursing home and like facilities.
