Funeral processions shall not be passed by automobiles going in the same direction, nor shall the processions be closely followed or joined by persons not members of the funeral party. When meeting a procession, the driver shall stop until the funeral has passed. Drivers of vehicles are cautioned not to pass close to funerals while services are being held. This rule is applicable to Cemetery employees as well as the general public.
