1060.61 DEBRIS, RUBBISH, WASTE MATERIAL, SOIL, EARTH.

No person shall deposit anywhere within the Municipal Cemetery grounds, debris, rubbish or waste material of any nature, except soil or earth for filling purposes, and then only at regular dumping places as may be designated by the Caretaker.
