The length, width and height or depth of headstones shall be subject to restrictions and to regulation by the Caretaker to the end that there be established a uniformity throughout every section within the Municipal Cemetery, insofar as such uniformity can reasonably be attained, and all parties are in all such matters requested to consult the Caretaker before completing their plans.
