No body except that of a human being may be interred in the cemetery, and one day's notice shall be required for the preparation of a grave unless a case be one of emergency. No casket shall be opened at the grave unless permission to do so is secured in advance from the Caretaker. No interment shall be had on Sundays nor on general holidays except in case of emergency, including any emergency arising to the parties interested in the burial as distinguished from an emergency arising as a result of a contagious disease or by order of the County General Health District.
