Additional planting of trees, shrubs or hardy plants may be permitted by the Caretaker provided that he approves of such trees and shrubs and designates the location of the same, and further provided that if any such trees or shrubs on any lot or at any location shall, by means of roots, branches or otherwise, become detrimental, dangerous or inconvenient to adjacent lots or avenues, or become unsightly, or in case of any reason their removal shall be deemed wise, the Caretaker shall have the right and it shall be his duty to remove such tree or shrub or any part thereof or do any such thing whatever as in his judgment removes the objection.
