In all cases of any planting or other work done by a certificate owner upon any lot, such owner shall give proper care to the same throughout the season. If the work is neglected and becomes unsightly the Caretaker shall remove the plants or other objects and do any and all other things in connection therewith as will leave the lot in a presentable condition. Use of stone mulch is prohibited.
