Except as may be from time to time be provided by Council for exceptional and meritorious causes, the following prices shall be in effect for the purchase of grave lots, the digging of graves and the establishment of foundations in the Municipal Cemetery:

No more than six (6) cremation burials shall be permitted in a grave with an already interred burial vault. Persons wishing to have interred cremation remains shall provide to the City of Strongsville Sexton legal proof of ownership of the grave that they wish to use for such interment.
All sales of lots and performance of services shall be paid in advance.
