1060.01 POSITION OF SEXTON ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established the position of Sexton of Cemeteries. The Sexton shall be employed from January 1 until December 31 of each year and shall serve until his successor is appointed and qualified. He shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
