1059.08 REGULATIONS FOR PONDS COVERING AN AREA UNDER ONE-QUARTER OF AN ACRE.
   Each pond, lake, reservoir or other impoundment of water that covers or is proposed to cover a surface area of less than one-quarter of an acre shall be designed in accordance with generally accepted engineering practice and shall meet the standards required for ponds covering an area over one-quarter of an acre set forth in Section 1059.07, except that the City Engineer may grant a waiver from any requirement set forth in Section 1059.07 if the requirement is not deemed by the City Engineer to be necessary for health or safety purposes in a particular case.
