(a) No pond, lake, reservoir or other impoundment of water shall be located within twenty-five feet of a building or structure or within ten feet of a property line with the measurement taken from water surface at emergency spillway elevation.
(b) No pond, lake, reservoir or other impoundment of water shall be used for domestic water supply, other than for irrigation purposes.
