1059.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall create, construct or alter a pond, lake, reservoir or other impoundment of water within the City without first obtaining a permit for such creation, construction or alteration from the City Engineer.

(b) This Chapter shall not apply to initial subdivisions or development plans which are approved by the City Engineer pursuant to the provisions of the City’s Planning and Zoning Code.
