There is hereby established a Street Lighting Advisory Board for the City of Strongsville, which Board shall consist of four members as follows: Chief of Police or a sworn officer of the Police Department designated by the Chief of Police, the Director of Public Service or an employee of the Service Department designated by the Director, the City Engineer or an employee of the Engineering Department designated by the Engineer, and the Chairperson of the Building and Utilities Committee of Council or a member of such Committee designated by the Chairperson. The Board shall have the right to call in consultants as it sees fit, providing that funds have been appropriated therefor.
