1050.05 DISCHARGE OF STORM WATERS.
   (a)    No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated or noncontact cooling water or unpolluted industrial process water to any sanitary sewer.
   
   (b)    Storm water, surface drainage, subsurface drainage, ground water, roof runoff, cooling water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated as storm sewers or to a natural outlet approved by the Superintendent. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted processed waters may be discharged, on approval of the Superintendent, to a storm sewer or natural outlet. No person shall use any such sewer without having first obtained the consent of the Superintendent.
