1046.25 ADOPTION OF SPECIFICATIONS.
   (a)   In addition to the requirements in the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, the requirements of the "Uniform Standards for Sewerage Improvements", as amended April 3, 1980, attached to Ordinance 1979-191, passed April 7, 1980, as Exhibit "A", and the requirements of the "Uniform Standard Sewer Details", as amended April 3, 1980, attached to Ordinance 1979-191, passed April 7, 1980 as Exhibit "B", are incorporated and made a part of these Codified Ordinances as if the same were written out herein in their entirety, and such requirements shall represent the minimum standards for materials, design, installation, construction, improvement and maintenance of sewers and appurtenances in the City. In case of conflict between sewer standards of this Code, the stricter provision shall prevail and apply.
   (b)   No person shall install or cause to be installed sewers and appurtenances within the City in violation of the requirements set forth in the "Uniform Standards for Sewerage Improvements" as amended April 3, 1980 and in the "Uniform Standard Sewer Details" as amended April 3, 1980, adopted by this section.
   (c)   Certified copies of the documents adopted by this section shall be kept on file and available for review by the public during regular business hours in the office of the Clerk of Council and the Department of Engineering.
