1046.18 WYE BRANCHES AND RISERS.

Connection to the public sanitary sewer shall be made only through "wye branch fittings" or "risers" appurtenant thereto and provided therefor. Under no circumstances shall the public sanitary sewer be broken into or in any other way tapped.
