1046.10 SEWER BUILDERS; REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

No sanitary sewer service connection shall be constructed or connection made to the public sanitary sewer system by any person, corporation, firm, company, installer or contractor who has not been authorized and registered to perform such work by the City.
