(a) Council hereby establishes the following fees for water permits:
Up to 500 gallons | $ .75 |
500 to 1,000 gallons | 1.50 |
1,000 to 1,500 gallons | 2.25 |
Three month permit for regular use | 1.50 |
(b) These permit fees are to be paid to the Police Department which shall issue the necessary water permits. When a permit book is completed the fees shall be accounted for and turned over to the Clerk with the duplicate and triplicate copies of the permits.
