872.22 PROVISION OF CABLE TO PUBLIC FACILITIES.

Each Grantee shall provide one (1) free Standard Installation and free monthly basic service, exclusive of premium or pay-per-view and a la carte services, to the locations to be listed in an Exhibit to the Franchise Agreement as well as all newly constructed public facilities during the term of the Franchise. If premium and pay-per-view services are provided to such facilities, such services shall be at a cost not greater than that charged to residential subscribers for the same service.
