872.09 PURCHASE BY CITY OF CABLE SYSTEM UPON TERMINATION OR NON-RENEWAL.

In the event of a termination or non-renewal of a Franchise Agreement, the Grantor may, in lawful manner and upon the payment of an equitable price, obtain, purchase, condemn, acquire, or take over and hold the Cable System. Methods and procedures for determining an equitable price may be specified in a Franchise Agreement.
