   License and permit fees shall be payable at the time of application and shall be in the following sums:
 
(a)   Subscriber alarm permit
$ 25.00
(b)   Alarm agent and/or alarm business annual license fee
100.00
(c)   Police station annual fee (alarm panel)
100.00
