868.01 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.

(a) This chapter governs all alarm systems, requires permits, establishes fees, provides for punishment of violations and establishes a system of administration.

(b) The adoption of this chapter and the issuance of any permit hereunder is not intended and shall not create or constitute acceptance by the City of any obligations in contract or otherwise.
