Every vendor desiring to engage in street vending shall make an application to the Chief of Police, in such form as he may prescribe, which shall be accompanied by a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each three-month period or each fraction thereof for each vehicle used in street vending. All moneys collected by the Chief of Police hereunder shall be paid to the Finance Director of the Municipality and placed to the credit of the General Fund.
