834.16 RECORDS AND FEES.
   The Mayor shall keep and maintain on file in his office a full and complete list of all licenses issued pursuant to this chapter.
   The Mayor shall make payment of all fees and fines collected pursuant to this chapter to the City Treasurer, who shall place them to the credit of the General Fund.
