Any exhibitor violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation established by the Mayor under Section 834.04 (except for that violation specifically provided for in Section 834.13) shall be prohibited from operating any mechanical amusement device on the premises where the violation occurred, according to the following schedule:
(a) For the first violation, the use and operation of all mechanical amusement devices is prohibited for thirty days.
(b) For the second violation, the use and operation of all mechanical amusement devices is prohibited for sixty days.
(c) For the third violation, all licenses issued for mechanical amusement devices on those premises shall be revoked by the Mayor.
