No person engaged in activities regulated by this chapter shall:
(a) Use sound or voice amplification systems, musical instruments, radio communication systems or other mechanical sound devices;
(b) Canvass or solicit except between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.;
(c) Enter or attempt to enter the house or apartment of any resident in the Municipality without an express invitation from the occupant of the house or apartment;
(d) Enter or attempt to enter a commercial or industrial establishment in the Municipality displaying the type of notice or sign provided for in Section 806.07, without an express invitation from an authorized officer of such commercial or industrial establishment;
(e) Distribute any circular, sample or other matter or leave the same on any porch, doorstep or vestibule of any residence or business unless it is left in the hands of an occupant of the property or in a secure place on the premises;
(f) Make any false, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive statement during the course of the solicitation activity within the Municipality;
(g) Make any solicitation where solicitors are notified by sign that soliciting is prohibited as provided in Section 806.07;
(h) Obstruct, delay or interfere with the free movement of any other person; seek to coerce or physically disturb any other person; or hamper or impede the conduct of any authorized business in the area in which the solicitation or canvassing is taking place;
(i) Engage in physical contact with or touching of, or attach or pin a flower or other object upon, another person, unless such person has consented to such contact;
(j) Continue to solicit or canvass where any individual toward which such activity is directed has indicated his unwillingness to listen to the solicitor, make a donation or accept any handbill, flower or other object pro-offered by the solicitor;
(k) Have any exclusive right to any location in the public streets, be permitted to stationary location or be permitted to operate in any congested area where his operations impede and inconvenience the public;
(l) Solicit in any area in which an authorized public exhibition is being held, except as authorized by the exhibition permit holder; or
(m) Engage in or transact any type of business or solicitation other than that specified on the license application.
