(a) No person shall canvass or solicit within the City without wearing the identification badge issued to such person affixed in a position on the licensee’s outermost garment where it will be clearly visible to those with whom the licensee is engaging in the licensed activity.
(b) No person shall canvass or solicit within the City without carrying the license issued to such person. Each licensee shall exhibit the license to any resident or Municipal official upon request.
(c) Each licensee shall return the license and identification badge to the Chief of Police or his representative at the conclusion of the period for which the license and identification badge has been issued.
