660.15 USE OF DDT RESTRICTED.

(a) No person shall use DDT within the boundaries of the City, except for special instances such as an emergency in which permission may be received from the Mayor, who will first clear such use with the County Health Commissioner for such special emergency.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
