660.13 UNLOADING ON STREET.

(a) No person shall unload any heavy material in the streets of the Municipality by throwing or letting the same fall upon the pavement or any street or other public way, without first placing some sufficient protection over the pavement.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
