648.13 DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   (a)   No person shall disturb the good order and quiet of the City by clamors or noises, by intoxication, drunkenness, fighting, quarreling, wrangling, committing assault or assault and battery or using obscene or profane language in the streets and other public places to the annoyance of the residents, or otherwise violate the public peace by indecent and disorderly conduct, or by lewd and lascivious behavior.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days for a first offense, not more than ninety days for a second offense, not more than six months for a third offense and not more than one year for each subsequent offense.
