(a) No person shall unreasonably make or continue, or cause to be made or continued, or permit, any noise disturbance. Noncommercial public speaking and public assembly activities conducted on any public space or public right of way with a permit from the Director of Public Safety shall be exempt from this section.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
