(a) All signs, advertising devices or related structures shall be so constructed and attached as to be able to withstand any usual or unusual force, stress, strain or weight.
(b) No sign, advertising device or related structure permitted to be erected or maintained shall be used in any way or for any purpose which may endanger the public safety or unreasonably disturb the public peace, health or welfare.

(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense may be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Punishment shall be as provided in Section 698.02.
