440.16 CERTIFICATE OF NECESSITY REQUIRED.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle in the Municipality for the transportation of persons or property, for compensation or for hire without first obtaining a certificate of necessity as required by Ohio R.C. 4921.07.
