Members of the following boards and commissions who are not otherwise employed by the City shall be compensated in the amount of $50.00 per meeting actually attended:
(a) Planning and Zoning Commission.
(b) Board of Zoning Appeals.
(c) Civil Service Commission, and
(d) Parks, Recreation and Conservation Advisory Committee (created by Ordinance No. 2010-57).
For the purposes of this section, “actually attended” means being physically present from the call to order to the adjournment of the meeting, provided, however, that a member’s late arrival or early departure, if excused by the board or commission by a majority vote, will not disqualify the member from receiving compensation.
