To move a building or structure, a moving permit fee as specified in Chapter 149 of the Codified Ordinances shall be deposited with the Building Director prior to moving. Accompanying each permit, the person, firm or corporation shall provide a current and valid insurance liability policy providing one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for personal injury and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for property damage. The Building Director may require a bond, if in his opinion such bond is required to insure the health, safety and welfare of the general community.
