1305.96 APPEAL TO BOARD OF ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS.

Appeals may be made to the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals pursuant to Sections 1309.01 and 1309.07 of these Codified Ordinances. The appeals procedure shall be the procedure provided under Sections 1105.11 and 1105.14 through 1105.18 of the Codified Ordinances.
