1303.98 PENALTY.

   Refer to Section 1311.98 of these Codified Ordinances to confirm who may be subject to penalty and also refer to Section 501.99 of these Codified Ordinances for the applicable penalty. (Ord. 2002-72. Passed 5-20-02.)

1303.99 INTERPRETATION OF CHAPTER.

   When interpreting and applying the provisions contained in this Part Thirteen Building Code, said provisions shall be held to be the minimum or maximum requirements as the context may require to promote and maintain the public health, safety and general welfare.
