   1143.07 DWELLING AREA REQUIREMENTS. 
   (a)   The minimum habitable floor space of a single-family detached dwelling shall be 2,000 square feet.
   (b)   The minimum habitable floor space of a single-family attached dwelling shall be 1,700 square feet.
