   1143.03 LOT REQUIREMENTS. 
   (a)   The minimum lot area shall be as determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
   (b)   The minimum lot width at the building setback line shall be 70 feet for all detached single-family dwellings.
   (c)   The minimum lot frontage shall be 50 feet.
