§ 53.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 53.08 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (B)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (E)   Any person violating § 53.09 shall be designated a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not to exceed $500 for each such offense.
