§ 51.111 UNPOLLUTED WATER PROHIBITED.
   No person shall permit any surface or unpolluted ground water, subsurface drainage, rain or storm water, water from condensers, water motors, heat exchangers or cooling towers or unpolluted waste water from any source to enter the sewer system, except as provided herein.
