(A) No water connection shall be made for any lot unless there is first set on the premises, a center hub stake with relation to the lot for which the connection is sought.
(B) Every water connection shall be made from the water main at a position opposite the center hub stake for the lot to be served, unless a tap at such position would place the water line in violation of the provisions of § 51.065, in which case the tap may be made at such position as the village shall direct.
(C) Service mains including replacements to premises shall be run at right angles to the street and at a depth of no less than four feet below finished grade.
(D) Ground key curb stop boxes shall be located at a point approximately equal distance between the back of the curb and the edge of the sidewalk nearest the curb.
(E) Taps to be made on line at one-half to two-thirds from the bottom of the main line. No top tapping will be permitted.
