§ 152.103 STREETS.
   (A)   Design and arrangement. Excessive rights-of-way may be avoided to encourage aesthetics in road design and to avoid wide streets from destroying trees and natural land formations.
   (B)   Street type and width.
      (1)   The minimum right-of-way width for minor streets may be 40 feet in Class 1 and 2; and 50 feet in Class 3, respectively.
      (2)   The Planning Commission reserves the right to require a greater width for local streets. The minimum width of local streets serving multiple dwellings shall be 60 feet, and the pavement width shall be 36 feet.
   (C)   Alignment.
      (1)   Generally. Vertical profile grades shall be connected by vertical curves up to 20%, but only for short, straight stretches.
      (2)   Minimum horizontal. The radii of centerline curvatures shall be no less than 75 feet.
      (3)   Visibility requirement. Waiver of visibility requirements (§ 152.047(B)) shall be given subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
      (4)   Street grades. Waiver of vertical curve requirements (§ 152.047(A)) shall be given subject to the approval of the Planning Commission.
