§ 152.076 INSPECTION.
   During construction and after completion of the required improvements, the developer shall request, in writing, the inspection of improvements by the responsible officials. Upon completion of all improvements, the developer shall request, in writing, a final inspection by the appropriate agency. All inspection fees and costs are charged to the developer.
