Street trees, when planted, shall be located outside of the street right-of-way, of any sewer or water easements that may be adjacent to the street right-of-way, and planted in such a manner as not to impair visibility at any street intersection or driveway and not to hinder the maintenance and plowing of the street. Developers should retain existing trees wherever possible and plant additional trees at strategic locations throughout the subdivision. A list of trees recommended for street planting can be obtained from the County Soil and Water Conservation Office.
