§ 152.060 MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION.
   (A)   A manufactured home subdivision shall contain a minimum of four acres and shall be developed in the same manner as required for any subdivision.
   (B)   The development standards for a manufactured home subdivision shall be the same as the requirements for single-family dwelling subdivisions, providing that all requirements set forth in the Zoning Code must be met.
