(A) The road right-of-way widths shall be not less than the following:

(B) At least one parking lane shall be constructed on all streets unless otherwise approved by the Planning Commission. Variations from the above street widths will be only as approved by the Commission. Streets shall be constructed in the center of the right-of-way.
